What is Elsevier - EVOLVE 360 Elsevier 360, owned by Elsevier, is the only resource of its kind that combines the powerful predictive
COST OF ATC EVOLVE PROGRAM Elsevier has partnered with ATC to offer a discounted cost of Evolve 360 Package for all Nursing programs. The total package cost is then divided across each semester of your enrollment at ATC. This is similar to a subscription that is paid each term and your access continues throughout the length of your program. Please review the chart below for your cohort package cost breakdown. Additionally the cost each semester is separated into 2 charges to allow advantages for some types of Aid that are only applicable to tuition and fees: 1.) Testing Fee is automatically bill to your college account; 2.) Bookstore Balance of your semester charges can be purchased from the ATC Bookstore (online or in-store) and is due by the end of ADD/DROP NOTE: Exceptions are for students who are repeating a term and are not required to purchase the additional term access again. |

How do I pay for the Evolve access? Each term, you may purchase your access in the ATC Bookstore at the register, or place a web order at ATCBOOKSTORE.COM. You may also use your available financial aid at the beginning of the term when the college opens financial aid spending in the bookstore.
How do I know how much to pay for the Evolve access? Please refer to the chart above. The testing fee portion has already been applied to your college account. The amount you would be responsible to purchase is based on your current semester cohort under the "Bookstore Balance" column. Exceptions are for students who are repeating a term and are not required to purchase the additional term access.
Is there a deadline for purchase to maintain access? Yes, purchase from the bookstore should be completed by the end of current term add/drop date. After the ad/drop date, Elsevier can suspend a students access until the payment has been completed.
Will I receive an access code for my Evolve license? No, all students will access the Evolve license with a unique link based on each program: ADN Traditional, ADN Bridge (LPN/RN), or LPN Traditional (PNR).
How do I receive access to my Elsevier license? Students will attend an in-person orientation, led by an Elsevier Representative. They will self-enroll with a unique link at the start of 1st semester, but that link will expire by the add/drop date.
Is the link to access Evolve the same for all programs? No, the link is unique for each cohort based on anticipated graduation date.
What do I do if I’m missing access to a textbook that is supposed to be included? Email the Elsevier support team for a resolution. Provide information about the missing resource along with your name and email that is registered with Elsevier.
Can I purchase the Elsevier books individually without purchasing the license? It would be considerably more expensive to purchase individual items. Additionally, you would not have access to the testing components that are designed for your specific cohort at ATC. The all digital package has been specially designed to include everything you need at a deeply discounted cost.
Can I purchase my materials directly from Elsevier? Elsevier does not offer an option to purchase the Evolve license directly. The Evolve license for ATC has been specifically designed with customized assessments and discounting pricing for program participation. Purchasing products directly from Elsevier would not give students access to the proctored exams that are included with the ATC package.
Are there different materials provided with each term? Evolve is a concept-based program, so most of the materials are provided in the first term and used throughout the program.
I have to repeat a course, will I have to purchase my access again? No, students who are repeating an enrolled course in their program, are marked as continuation and will not be required to purchase access for repeat term access.
